When you register, log in, and use the Service, we collect limited personal information. This mainly includes: your email address, basic public info from OAuth (like avatar), and billing info (processed securely by third parties like Paddle or Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers).

2. User-Uploaded Content

Scripts (e.g., `.docx`, `.txt`), voice recordings, and AI-generated project data are stored in highly secure cloud object storage (e.g., Tencent Cloud COS) and Supabase databases.
Model Training Statement: We will not sell your private, unpublished project data to third parties, and by default, we will not use your private data to train public AI foundational models.

3. Purpose of Information Use

Collected information is primarily used to:

• Provide secure account login credentials;
• Process billing, calculate credits, and send order receipts;
• Provide customer service for technical issues during audio/video generation;
• Prevent cheating, malicious requests, or system abuse.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without permission, except:

• When necessary to provide the Service, sharing with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Mailers, AI compute providers), who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements;
• When required by court, government agencies, or mandatory legal regulations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your profile and audio projects from active databases (excluding billing data required to be kept by law).
