Welcome to SoundScape AI, a service operated by Jianhui Wu. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides AI-based audio processing, text-to-speech, and automated audiobook production SaaS functionalities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You may need to register an account to use certain features. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your password secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain intellectual property rights to original content you upload (e.g., scripts, voice recordings). You have commercial rights to the voice and mixed audio generated by the Service, subject to local laws. You must not use the system to generate content that infringes copyrights, contains violence, is illegal, or violates public morals.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. While we provide credit refunds for delays or failures caused by network issues or AI model fluctuations, we are not liable for any economic losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Termination

If you severely violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access and freeze your account credits without prior notice.
