1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. We offer a full refund on your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Subscriptions and Renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, you will receive a full refund.
Beyond this 14-day period, the current billing cycle fee is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, retaining access until the cycle ends.
3. Technical Failures and Credit Compensation
If tasks fail due to our system errors, server downtime, or partner model connection failures and credits are deducted, we will perform an automatic credit refund.
If failed task credits are not returned, please contact us with the task ID and error screenshot. Customer service will manually reissue lost points within 1-3 business days.
4. Abuse and Account Bans
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
5. Refund Process
If you meet refund conditions, please contact our support email. Refunds are routed back through your original payment method via Paddle, typically taking 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment platform.
